Springtime in Indiana can be glorious. This week has been a testament to just how wonderful it can be. Today was sunny and in the mid-seventies. Perfect for spending the entire day outside. I actually enjoy the back-breaking work of spreading mulch. Not so much the sunburn I got from it, though.
I love spring flowers. After winter drab, to see bright green grass and beautiful flowers makes my heart sing.
Kids playing outside, all day long. No electronics – just good old-fashioned playing.
No hamburger tastes better than one cooked over a fire.
