While classroom teachers are on the frontlines, directly impacting our students on a daily basis, educators wear many different hats and are in many different positions. There is much more to Noa than she wrote above. She has developed amazing projects for her students called BOBs. The purpose is to promote student voice and propel engagement. You can learn more about them at https://buildingoutsidetheblocks.com/.  She is also a riveting speaker. You can listen to Noa share about her heart for education on the In AWE to Rise podcast. Connect with Noa on LinkedIn, and be sure to check out her very unique podcast: The Personal Playlist Podcast. As educators, our goals are all the same – connect with students and provide them all they need to be successful in life.
